To return an order

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.

Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.

* Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Procedure for Returning Items:
1. Complete the bottom section of the Despatch Note, received with the goods.
2. The completed section of the Despatch Note must be included with the goods.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
